These terms govern your use of Magnafora, a literary publishing exchange operated by Magnafora LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account and use of the service

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and use the service in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and wallets secure. You are responsible for your activity and for reviewing transactions before authorizing them. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your writing and other content

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You grant Magnafora permission to store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the publishing, discovery, and reading features you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish it.

Collecting an edition does not transfer copyright or commercial reuse rights unless the rights holder expressly grants them. Published content and blockchain records may remain permanently available even after you stop using Magnafora.

Acceptable use

Do not use Magnafora for unlawful activity, infringement, plagiarism, impersonation, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or sharing private information without permission. Do not upload child sexual abuse material, threaten violence, compromise security, or interfere with the service. Follow the content standards described in our FAQ.

Transactions and fees

Review the price, platform fees, and network fees shown before confirming a transaction. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and network fees may not be recoverable. We cannot guarantee that a completed blockchain transaction can be reversed or refunded. Digital assets can lose value, and we do not promise earnings, resale opportunities, or investment returns. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law still apply.

Availability and third-party services

Magnafora is provided as available and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Wallets, blockchains, and other third-party services have their own terms and risks. We do not control their availability or operation.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Magnafora at any time. We may restrict access or remove content from our website to address violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. This does not remove records from public blockchains or permanent storage.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we provide the service without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Magnafora LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or losses caused by third-party services. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
