Privacy policy

Effective October 14, 2026

Magnafora LLC operates Magnafora, a literary publishing exchange. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and applications.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your email address, profile details, writing, uploaded files, preferences, and messages to support. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your subscription details. When you connect a wallet or transact, we process wallet addresses, ownership records, and transaction information.

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and profile picture, when available. Our authentication system stores account information and authentication tokens to support sign-in. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.

We also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, session records, and service logs. We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, and preferences.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide publishing and collecting features, process transactions, deliver requested updates, respond to support requests, and maintain and secure the service. We use Google account information for sign-in and account management.

How we share information

We share information with providers that help operate the service, including hosting, storage, email, authentication, wallet, and blockchain infrastructure providers, as needed to provide those functions. Providers may process information outside your country. We may also disclose information with your permission, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Public and permanent records

Public profiles and publication information can be viewed by others. Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are public. Content and metadata you publish to permanent or decentralized storage may remain available indefinitely. Deleting an account or removing something from our website cannot erase blockchain records, permanent storage, or copies held by others. Do not publish personal information you want to keep private.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information as needed to operate the service and meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. We use safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure. You can manage available profile and subscription settings and revoke Google access through your Google account settings.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email hello@magnafora.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and public permanent records cannot be erased by us. Your rights may vary under applicable law.

Children

Magnafora is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date on this page. For privacy questions, contact Magnafora LLC at hello@magnafora.com.
